A true pioneer and one of Morocco's most inspiring figures, Bouchra is an engineer, entrepreneur, inspirational speaker, and world-renowned high-altitude mountaineer. She made history as the first Moroccan and North African woman to summit Mount Everest and the first Moroccan to complete the legendary Seven Summits Challenge, conquering the highest peak on every continent.

Her extraordinary achievements continue to break barriers. In 2022, she became the first Arab woman to summit Annapurna I (8,091 m), one of the world's most dangerous and technically demanding mountains. In 2023, she reached the summit of Lhotse (8,516 m), the fourth-highest mountain on Earth. Most recently, she led an ambitious expedition to Pakistan with attempts on Broad Peak and K2, the world's second-highest and most challenging mountain.

Beyond the mountains, Bouchra is transforming lives. As President of the Delta Évasion Association, she empowers young people, especially young women through leadership, sport, and personal development.
