JobExpo Casablanca 2026 Delivers a Landmark Day for Recruitment, Careers and Professional Development

More than 4,000 candidates registered for JobExpo Casablanca 2026, held on 25th July at The Venue, Downtown Casablanca, making this year's event one of Morocco's largest recruitment and careers gatherings. Employers, HR professionals, educators, career coaches and industry experts came together for a full day focused on employment, skills development and professional growth.

A major highlight of the event was the opportunity for visitors to experience the latest innovations in AI-powered recruitment through the JobExpo.ma platform. Job seekers discovered how artificial intelligence can recommend vacancies based on their skills, qualifications and experience, while employers explored intelligent recruitment tools designed to simplify hiring, candidate management and talent acquisition.

Alongside the technology demonstrations, thousands of visitors met recruiters face-to-face, explored current vacancies, attended expert-led seminars and received one-to-one career coaching from some of Morocco's leading career development professionals.

The exhibition welcomed organisations from across Morocco's business community, including Konecta, Intelcia, Arrow Electronics, Transsion Holdings, Tectra, Simaje, Elbilia Language School, Epik Leaders, SOS Children's Villages Morocco, Profilium, Bank of Africa, Cybernext, Bleusky.ma, Cozone.ma, Noor Smart Language Centre and many others.

The conference programme also featured business leaders, technology specialists and representatives from the Embassy of Ireland to Morocco, offering valuable insights into recruitment, leadership, innovation and workforce development.

AI-Powered Recruitment Takes Centre Stage

JobExpo Casablanca 2026 gave employers and candidates the opportunity to experience first-hand how artificial intelligence is changing recruitment.

Throughout the day, live demonstrations of the JobExpo.ma platform showed how AI can recommend suitable job opportunities based on a candidate's skills, qualifications and professional experience. Visitors explored a more personalised approach to job searching while learning how intelligent technology can connect them with relevant career opportunities.

Employers also experienced the platform's recruitment tools, including AI-powered candidate matching, integrated Applicant Tracking System (ATS) functionality, Hiring CRM capabilities and a growing talent database. Together, these features help organisations reduce administrative work, identify suitable candidates more quickly and manage recruitment from a single platform.

The demonstrations attracted strong interest throughout the day, reflecting the increasing demand for recruitment technology that improves both the employer and candidate experience.

Career Coaching Draws Strong Interest

The Career Coaching Zone remained one of the busiest areas of the event, with visitors taking advantage of personalised guidance on career planning, interview preparation and professional development.

Certified coach Housna Lagbouri introduced attendees to her DÉCLIC® coaching methodology, helping job seekers define career goals, strengthen their personal brand and create practical plans for career progression.

Maryem El Khoumsi, founder of O'mbauche, shared advice on developing international careers through freelancing, while Abdelhak Meftah from Randstad RiseSmart provided individual coaching on interview preparation, LinkedIn optimisation and career transitions.

Visitors also attended coaching sessions delivered by Mouna Belhabib-Filali, Sara Maach, Kawtar Latifi and Ali El Harti, covering employability, leadership, networking, cybersecurity careers and personal development.

The consistently high demand for one-to-one coaching highlighted the growing importance professionals place on practical career advice alongside access to job opportunities.

Expert Speakers Share Industry Insights

The conference programme attracted strong audiences from the opening session through to the final presentations.

Topics included artificial intelligence, recruitment technology, cybersecurity, language skills, resilience, freelancing, engineering careers, leadership and employability, providing visitors with valuable insight into current trends across Morocco's employment market.

The programme encouraged attendees to think beyond immediate vacancies by exploring the knowledge, skills and professional development needed for long-term career success.

The participation of business leaders, technology specialists and representatives from the Embassy of Ireland to Morocco added further depth to the discussions and reflected the diverse expertise represented throughout the event.

Employers Meet Morocco's Talent

Across the exhibition hall, employers met graduates, experienced professionals and career changers representing a wide range of industries and backgrounds.

Face-to-face conversations gave recruiters the opportunity to identify potential candidates while allowing visitors to ask detailed questions about organisations, company culture, career progression and current vacancies.

Recruitment opportunities were available across customer operations, technology, engineering, financial services, cybersecurity, education, manufacturing and many other sectors.

Many attendees also used the event to expand their professional networks, discover new employers and gain a better understanding of career opportunities available across Morocco.

JobExpo.ma Continues to Support Recruitment

While JobExpo Casablanca provides an important opportunity for employers and candidates to meet in person, JobExpo.ma continues to support recruitment throughout the year.

The AI-powered platform enables employers to advertise vacancies, identify suitable candidates through intelligent matching, manage recruitment using an integrated Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Hiring CRM, and build stronger talent pipelines.

Job seekers can create professional profiles, receive personalised job recommendations based on their skills and experience, and apply for opportunities through a platform designed to make job searching more efficient.

As JobExpo.ma continues to welcome new employers and candidates, it is helping organisations recruit more effectively while giving professionals access to career opportunities that closely match their ambitions and expertise.
