Morocco Strengthens Digital Education with Samsung Partnership Ahead

Rabat hosted a significant step forward for digital education in Morocco as the Ministry of National Education, Preschool and Sports signed a partnership agreement with Samsung Electronics Maghreb Arab (SEMAG) aimed at expanding the use of technology across the national education system. The agreement, formalised earlier this month, aligns with the ministry’s 2022–2026 roadmap to accelerate digital transformation in schools and foster innovation in teaching and learning.

The document was signed by Ilham Laaziz, Director of Educational and Digital Resources at the ministry, alongside SEMAG President Hong Seok Lee, symbolising a shared commitment to equipping students and teachers with advanced digital tools and resources.

This collaboration is expected to enhance the digital capabilities of Moroccan schools, providing students with hands-on experience in modern technologies, strengthening e-learning platforms, and supporting educators in integrating digital practices into the curriculum.

As Morocco continues to advance its educational infrastructure and prepare students for the digital economy, events such as Jobs Expo Casablanca 2026 on 30 May 2026 will provide a complementary platform, connecting graduates and students with emerging career opportunities in technology, innovation, and industry.
